Kevin Delimat: Certified Mortgage Planner

I have over 25 years experience in the financial industry, and a Certified Mortgage Planner in the State of Wisconsin and T.E.A.M. member of Missed Fortune. I'll work hard to reduce the stress you may associate with the home buying or building process.      Over my years of working in the financial industry, the area I felt was lacking the most was the "planning".  As they say, no one plans to fail, they just failed to plan.  I believe it is essential to get to know my clients, their short and long term goals and together build a plan to accomplish a secure future for their family.  A home is typically your largest investment, and the mortgage is your investment tool.  I am a T.E.A.M. member of Missed Fortune and have taken many classes in the financial planning and wealth building aspects.  I look forward to working with you to make your dreams a reality.

Karrie Reid: Client Liaison
Karrie will manage your file within our system. She oversees quality control to ensure that each of our customers receives the same superb level of care and service from our Team during the transaction and even more importantly, after the transaction. She might contact you from time to time for information and answer any questions you might have regarding your loan or the loan process in general.

Charissa Martin: Mortgage Processor.
Charissa will remain in close contact with you once your loan is in processing. She will submit your application to our Underwriter and supervise this process, paying close attention to any and all conditions that may arise. She will communicate directly with you in order to collect additional information from you as needed, to quickly and efficiently move your loan forward to closing.
